Magic through words.
That’s what our name means. Through the stories we tell and the people we touch we weave magic into the world. We bring excitement, passion, and dreams to one place.
Our History
Logomancy Media began with a story, like most great adventures do. In 2021, we teamed up with Twitch Calgary to host a 12-hour Dungeons & Dragons marathon in support of Make-a-Wish. The game spilled past the original time slot, stretching to 14 hours of dice rolls, laughter, and powerful storytelling. That night, we helped raise over $10,000 USD, spent hours on the front page of Twitch, and reached thousands of viewers across the globe.
That event was more than just a fundraiser. It was proof of what happens when creativity, collaboration, and community come together. The experience planted a seed that grew into something larger than a one-off stream. By 2022, that seed became Logomancy Media: a Canadian content collective and creative studio where creators from across the world could collaborate, tell stories, and use their platforms for good.
Our name comes from the word “logomancy,” which means “magic through words.” It captures the heart of what we do—crafting narratives that bring people together, spark imagination, and sometimes even change lives.
Since those early days, we’ve grown far beyond the walls of Calgary. Today, Logomancy Media spans creators from Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, India, and more. We’ve collaborated with major publishers like Steve Jackson Games, Chaosium, and Kobold Press, and partnered with well-known creators such as Dicecream Sandwich, Tank Tolman, Dungeon Dudes, Lydia Korn, Treeentmonk, and others. These partnerships have opened new doors for storytelling, fundraising, and building a truly international creative network.
We’re proudly Canadian—you can see the maple leaf in our logo—but our reach extends worldwide. Wherever people gather to roll dice, share stories, or dream of what’s possible, you’ll find Logomancy Media helping make that space a little more connected, inclusive, and fun.
Our Games
At its heart, Logomancy Media is about the games we play and the stories we tell through them. We stream three times a week on Twitch, offering a mix of short-form adventures, long-running campaigns, and experimental projects that push the boundaries of what tabletop role-playing games can be.
Monday Nights are where we experiment and rotate. These are shorter campaigns, usually three to six episodes in length, designed to introduce new systems, new players, and new dungeon masters. Each arc runs no more than four hours per episode, making them easy to follow and fun for newcomers. Monday games are like a creative playground—fast, flexible, and full of surprises. Whether it’s diving into an unfamiliar rule set or watching new faces at the table, Mondays capture the joy of discovery that TTRPGs are all about.
Wednesday Nights are our anchor. This is where our long-form storytelling shines. Across twenty-episode arcs, viewers follow characters through epic journeys, watching them grow, struggle, and triumph in worlds rich with detail. Wednesday is for those who love investing in characters and worlds over the long haul, seeing how choices ripple outward and shape the story weeks or even months later. It’s the kind of play that makes tabletop gaming so rewarding—slow-burn drama, heartfelt roleplay, and unforgettable moments of shared imagination.
Saturdays bring something entirely unique: Emergent, an original game system led by Neon. Emergent blends socially aware storytelling with innovative mechanics, offering a campaign that feels both fresh and deeply human. Each session features a stellar cast, immersive narrative, and even some additional voice work, including David stepping in as “Host,” a charismatic in-world radio personality. Emergent is more than just a game—it’s a layered performance, a blend of live play, character work, and thoughtful commentary on the world around us.
Together, these three weekly shows create a rhythm for our community. There’s always something new to discover, whether you’re dropping in for a quick adventure, committing to a season-long epic, or diving into experimental storytelling with Emergent. And beyond these flagship games, we also produce podcasts, YouTube content, and special one-shots, giving fans even more ways to connect with the stories we tell.
At Logomancy Media, we believe games are more than entertainment. They’re tools for empathy, creativity, and connection. Every roll of the dice is a chance to imagine something different—and we love inviting our audience to imagine alongside us.
Our Charity Work
Storytelling has always been at the heart of Logomancy Media, but so has giving back. From our very first event, fundraising has been woven into our identity. That tradition continues today through major charity initiatives and ongoing partnerships with organizations that make a difference.
Following the success of our inaugural marathon in 2021, we co-founded Roll for Wishes in 2022. This annual October event has become a cornerstone of our work. Roll for Wishes is a month-long fundraising initiative for Make-a-Wish International, bringing together streamers, creators, and players from around the world to raise money for life-changing wishes. In just a few short years, Roll for Wishes has raised nearly $60,000 USD, with over $20,000 of that directly through Logomancy Media’s efforts.
Our work with Make-a-Wish doesn’t stop there. Through our marketing division, Logomancy Creative Services, we support Make-a-Wish International’s Ambassador Program and events across Canada. This means we’re not just raising money during October—we’re helping the organization reach new audiences year-round, giving more families the chance to see their wishes fulfilled.
Beyond Make-a-Wish, we’ve also supported causes like the Trans Empowerment Project, an organization dedicated to uplifting trans voices and building resources for trans communities. Inclusivity and accessibility are key values for us, and we aim to use our platform to highlight and support groups that share those goals.
One of our most meaningful partnerships is with DOTS RPG Project, a charity that creates braille dice and other accessible tools for people with visual impairments. By making tabletop gaming more inclusive, DOTS is breaking down barriers and proving that TTRPGs truly are for everyone. We’re proud to work alongside them, amplifying their mission and celebrating the ways accessibility enriches the entire community.
Our fundraising and charity work has been strengthened by our collaborations with major publishers and creators. Names like Chaosium, Steve Jackson Games, Dicecream Sandwich, and Dungeon Dudes have all lent their support to our initiatives, helping us reach larger audiences and raise more funds. Every partnership demonstrates the incredible potential of the TTRPG community when we come together for a cause.
At the end of the day, our charity work reflects who we are. We believe stories have the power to inspire change, but that power means little if it doesn’t extend beyond the table. Logomancy Media is committed to using our platform not only to entertain, but also to uplift, include, and give back.
ogomancy Media is more than just streams, podcasts, or dice rolls. We’re a community of creators and dreamers who believe in the magic of words, the power of stories, and the responsibility of using both for good. From Calgary to California, London to Mumbai, our table keeps growing, and there’s always a seat open for someone new.
Whether you’re tuning in for a Monday night one-shot, following a months-long Wednesday campaign, or watching Emergent break new ground on Saturdays, you’re part of the story. And if you’re supporting Roll for Wishes, Make-a-Wish, or DOTS RPG Project alongside us, you’re part of the impact too.
At Logomancy, we believe in collaboration, creativity, and community. Most of all, we believe that words have power—and when we share them together, they can create magic.
