Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo
When it comes to pasta dishes, there isn’t anything quite as delicious and memorable as a chicken fettuccine alfredo. It’s warm, creamy, and all around enjoyable, hence why ever restaurant that claims to be inspired by Italy has one on the menu, even though it’s not really made there. But I digress. So, for tonight, we’re going to make a full alfredo sauce, some chicken, and have a good time. Pairs well with a garlic toast!
Homemade Pierogi
It's rather hard to hate the common pierogi. They are filled with potatoes, often cheese and chives and everything else that people love.
