Dad’s Burgers
December 4th is my Dad’s birthday, and this year he is 25 with 33 years of experience. I can’t go home to see him this year, but I am going to try and do something nice. So tonight I am making a classic - his famous burger recipe for dinner. Well, famous to my family, and hopefully now you.
Ingredients
600g of beef
3 TBSP of BBQ sauce (he recommends bulls eye original)
8-10 drops of liquid smoke
8-10 drops of Worcestershire sauce (worworshire sauce, as I called it at 8)
12 soda crackers
1/4 cup of yellow onion
1 TSP of Ms. Dash seasoning
1/2 TSP of garlic salt
Steps
Mix all ingredients together in a big bowl
Separate into balls
Squish flat
Crack a Molson Canadian
place on grill, flipping every minute or so
Drink most of the Canadian
Remove when fully cooked
Serve on a bun, side of Caesar salad and potato chips
